Two designated parking spaces on the side road next to the home.

Exterior security cameras only; no interior cameras. Smoke alarms, fire extinguisher & first aid kit provided.

Initial Supplies
A starter supply of paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner & body soap is provided.
- Check-in is after 4:00 PM (self-check-in), and checkout is by 10:00 AM. Need an early check-in or late checkout? Feel free to reach out! We`re happy to accommodate when our cleaning schedule allows.
- Pets welcome (up to 2). Add them to your reservation and keep them off beds and furniture.
- The primary guest must be 21 or older.
- Fire pit use must follow NY burn rules (no brush burning March 16 to May 14).
- Park only in the two spots on the side of the house (turn down the side road). No street parking.
- Staff may service the yard during your stay; we`ll give notice when we can and never enter without permission.
- If anything breaks, please tell us right away so we can fix it.
