Our stay was wonderful! The property is truly “cozy,” just as the listing describes. Everything was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The pellet stove was a perfect touch—it made the space feel warm and inviting throughout our stay.We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better experience. Highly recommend!

Just the Right Size

We loved our stay here, it was just right for our needs. Our host was very accomodating and the location is close to Newburgh, but also feels removed and quiet, just what we were hoping for. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Pleasant Stay in Newburgh

We had a very nice stay at this property. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. The hosts were friendly and responsive. The bed was very comfortable. We had everything that we needed for our weeklong stay in Newburgh.

Sweet spot

The cozy efficiency was just right. It was very quiet and private. The location is in a very nice neighborhood, so we felt safe and enjoyed walking our dog around the peaceful neighborhood. Comfortable bed, nice little kitchen area, large shower. We would rent it again.

Welcomed respite

We truly enjoyed the clean, comfortable , well appointed room. There was everything we needed and more. There was a bulletin board with area eateries, places to visit and recreational experiences. One could see how the owners took pride in this place. We will be back !

Perfect cozy getaway

This was the perfect place to spend the night with our two dogs. The decor was so well done and the kitchen was fully equipped. The photos don't do the space justice; it is larger that it looks in them. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Excellent vibe. Clean and cozy, heaters work fantastic. Kitchen area everything you need. Bathroom clean. Bed comfy, couch comfy. Great layout. Take note of instructions for heaters and bathroom, if staying in the winter.

Incredible!

It was our first weekend trip away together and I don't think we could've picked a better spot for it. About 15 mins away from Beacon NY, and it has all the amenities you need and more. The owners are very easy to deal with and even gave us a late check out. Everything in the place works very well and there are clear instructions on how to use all of it.

Such a peaceful retreat!

We spent a wonderful night at this apartment. The space is so comfortable and peaceful. It is next to the owners' home but very private and extremely quiet. The neighborhood is a dead end and has few cars. The apartment feels sizable and is well laid out. It was clean and well stocked. The owners were very responsive when we had a question. We would absolutely come back!

Weekend wedding getaway

This was a perfect hideaway located 15 minutes from Beacon where the wedding was. It was reasonably priced and had so many cute accents. The host was on top of all the details and very nice in person. Would definitely recommend. The only thing I would say just for an fyi it’s better for a couple as it’s a full size bed. I went with my teen daughter and it was too small for both of us in the bed so we alternated the couch. Not a minus at all but more an fyi. Thanks so much for hosting us.

Cute and cozy, very clean and comfortable, perfect for a couple's getaway. Very nice and friendly host and were very helpful in suggesting places to eat etc.This was also a good location to stay whether you are planning to explore the mountains or hit well known towns in the Hudson River Valley for shops, food and lots of Vintage.
