I travelled to Ghana for my birthday and everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. From my room to the staff singing happy birthday at breakfast, and then the bedroom set up with the bed display, cake, champagne, I couldn't have asked for a more special way to start my new year. All of the staff were so lovely, particularly Charity and it will definitely be a hotel I will stay at again and recommend!

Beautifully appointed hotel. Great spa and gallery. Staff friendly and helpful. Two glitches were with room service, once the delivery of the order took almost double the time and the other time the chose. Option was not available but it took awhile for them to realize that it was not available which meant that I again had to wait extra time for my order.

I was really impressed by the warm, affectionate service oriented spirit of everyone and I love the variety/freshness of the breakfast. Six stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the two Charity's, including the Lady in Red. These ladies rescued me while I was checking out of the hotel and getting ready for my flight. They helped me with many logistical requests at the end of my stay to ensure I was all sorted. And had a fantastic sense of humor, too. Can't wait to come back =>
