"Wir waren mehr als zufrieden und positiv überrascht von dieser Unterkunft. Beim anreisen war alles super einfach in das Haus/Wohnung zu kommen (Hier wurde von der Besitzerin alles gut vorbereitet). Wir waren mit 7 erwachsene und 3 Kinder dort und hatten sehr viel platz (aufgeteilt auf 2 Wohnungen). Die Besitzer waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend dass es an nichts gefehlt hat. To have ones own well water was a real treat & the owners were delightful & very easy to communicate with. "Birgit war wirklich eine tolle Gastgeberin, in der Wohnung war alles was gebraucht wurde. Es gab sogar am Dienstag einen Handtuchwechsel. Zur Begrüßung stand auf dem Tisch eine Flasche Wein und etwas Süßes, eine tolle Überraschung. Bei Fragen war Birgit immer ansprechbar. Skiverleih und Skibushaltestelle waren nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Gaststätten sind auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Parkplatzmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus."

"Roland was very responsive to questions! Had everything ready for us. Perfect location close to skiing, restaurant, plus ski school right there. Plenty of space for 10 people, even had a few toys out back for my 3y to play with. We would rent again!"

"Wir waren 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus und haben jeden Tag genossen. Bei weniger schönem Wetter sitzt man draußen auf der großen überdachten Terrasse und genießt wie sonst auch den Blick in den großen Garten und auf die Berge. Das Umfeld typisch Tegernsee, also perfekt. In 10 min. ist man am See. Der Vermieter überaus freundlich und nett, gibt auch sehr brauchbare Tips für z.B. Gasthäuser, etc.. Absolute Empfehlung!"

"Gastvrouw loopt voortdurend binnen en buiten. Gepast en niet gepast. 1 douche in badkamer met 2 lavabo’s altijd maar 1 iemand kan die zich verfrissen. Geen warm water ook na herhaaldelijk melden! Gastvrouw wil badkamer binnen gaan terwijl er iemand aan het douchen was. Moest in douche blijven staan 😲"

"Wir waren 3 Familien mit Kindern von 1-13 und hatten eine tolle Zeit, selbst die Anreise mit dem ÖPNV war ganz unproblematisch. An Regentag konnten wir die Sauna genießen und an den anderen Tagen kleine Ausflüge planen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, dass wir einfache Gerichte für uns zaubern konnten und auch das Gasthaus nebenan war eine gute Wahl am Abend."

"Beautiful, very comfortable property, a variety of restaurants and wonderful staff! I would highly recommend staying here!! Some small things to note: - there is only 1 washer/dryer in the basement, you need E1 coins to operate & you own laundry soap. It would be nice if there was more than 1 machine, I can only imagine how busy it is in the winter during ski season. Also, it would be nice if individual laundry detergent was sold onsite as grocery stores are not nearby & have limited hours....

Perfect hotel
"Lovely room very comfortable bed had sauna in room ( didn’t use ) brought us up a kettle straight when asked if one in room they have coffee maker but no kettle . Very friendly staff resturant food good and breakfast also very good easy parking . The view of mountains was amazing we had room at back with balcony laying in bed looking at snow capped mountains heaven "
