"The hotel was very nice amazing view and that staff were really friendly they did what was asked about putting decorations in the room for my fiance birthday. But the air quality in the room wasn’t the best and the bed wasn’t comfortable it was really hard other than that we had a good stay. "

"I love almost everything about this hotel. It has a beautiful wellness centre, a great gym, a very good restaurant and a really comfortable, funky lobby. It’s in a wonderful location across from the train station and a short stroll to all the shops and restaurants. The staff are great…friendly, helpful and very professional. Daily room service was not great. Used drinking glasses were never removed, no tissues, bathroom counters not cleaned. Also, lack of storage is a problem. The rooms seem newly renovated but they did not add any shelving or room for toiletries. However, I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s close to perfect. I will stay there again when i visit family in Arnhem."
