"It’s an older property and very well kept. The room was large for big family stay overs. There was only two of us but we like our own beds so we stayed in a room with two bedrooms each with their own TV, one nice size bathroom, an eating area with frig and microwave. What really surprised me was the morning breakfast delivered to our door within a 45 minute time frame. In it was a banana, bottle of water, a small container of OJ, a hot tea and a coffee and a Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich. All included. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. The same for the beach area. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Everything was good but the restaurant food was terrible I got a hamburger and it was the worst hamburger that I have ever had in my life. It tasted like propane and was just bad."
Sleep Inn & Suites Bay View Acme - Traverse City

"Although a little older, this hotel was perfect for our short stay in Traverse City. The walls, carpet and bedding in our room were all new and you could tell they were updating the furnishing as they were able throughout the hotel. The bathroom and desk/closet area were older and well used, but the room was very clean. Breakfast was pretty standard (waffles, eggs, cereal, fruit) but the staff overseeing breakfast was very attentive and eager to help. The best part of this hotel was its location across the street from the bay. There were several Adirondack chairs set out in front of the hotel so guests could watch the beautiful sunset over the east bay. Also very dog friendly with a dog water bowl in the lobby."
