The security staff at the Miyana building are very helpful and friendly. The administration staff at the desk, however, are not. Specifically, the condescending young woman with short hair was very rude. The check-in process was confusing, as we were awaiting information from Kukun, and there seemed to be no communication between Kukun and the building...

Every day 2 small bottles of water were left in the room for free. There is a cafe on the ground floor. Breakfast is available for a fee.
