"The place is difficult to reach, very narrow streets, even for midsize car. Enough space for free parking just opposite. Quick and easy check in. Room was ok and beds ok as well. Bathroom clean but hair drier not working and toilet seat sliding off the bowl. Shower cubicle is the smallest I’ve ever seen. Breakfast very simple. "This is a lovely grand hotel, you really couldn't get a much better location at the foot of Lake Como. Our room looked directly over the lake, access to the shops and multitude of restaurants took only a few minutes. The hotel had lovely period features, dining room was stunning and our room though on the small side was very cosy, the bed exceptionally comfortable and had more than adequate storage. Breakfast was good and the cleaners did a brilliant job. All in all highly recommended."

"Overall, a great hotel to stay at in Como. The location is perfect, right around wonderful restaurants to eat at, and of course by the harbor for easy access to boat travel. The room was nice and clean as well as a perfect balcony view over the harbor/lake Como itself. Breakfast was good and the staff were all very friendly including help with parking. Would definitely recommend if looking for an easy and comfortable hotel to stay at in Como. No complaints. "

Incredible value for money

"Incredible value for money! This hotel was perfect for our stay in Lake Como - the pool area was amazing, breakfast had a great selection, the hotel's restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the room itself was spacious, modern, comfy and clean! Welcome drink on arrival, parking was easy, loved the fact that you have a kettle in your room with tea/coffee, and the shower was great! No complaints!"
