"Beautiful place"

"This hotel was impressive in terms of the comfortable bed, convenient location, excellent condition and cleanliness. However, I requested a statement from the front desk person and was told that I'd receive a statement from a third-party provider via email. This statement never came. Today (5/16) I discovered a suspicious $50 pending charge from Holiday Inn on my credit card despite having fully prepaid my entire stay through Expedia. Nothing was said at check-in about additional charges - I asked - nor was I told that there would be a hold on my credit card (if that's what this is) upon check-in."

"Stay away from this hotel. I have stayed and other extended stays and there are great. This please was horrible , dirty it was late and it was the only hotel near me I had to literally put towels on top on my bed and sleep on top I was afraid I would get bed bugs"

"Our room needed cleaning. And the parking lot was full every night. We had to park far away and found no comfort in the “ park at your own risk” signs. The staff was good. "

"Bed was comfortable and room was a good size. Buffet breakfast was good but could have used some variety. Bathroom was in need of repair. Soap dispenser, conditioner, toilet roll and bathroom shelf were falling off the wall. Had to get clean towels at the front desk. No room service."
