Our family stayed four nights at this hotel and we enjoyed our stay. We appreciate the room service by coming back to a clean room after being out all day. The buffet was great regarding food and service. We will definitely stay here again.

It’s a nice hotel with parking and a restaurant. We stayed 2 nights but after the first night I had to buy a fan. There’s no heating or cooling unit in the room. The staff were very friendly.

Asked for the menu and I asked if the quesadillas lady was making quesadillas. He said yes. I ordered 4 quesadillas total but waiter charged me full price for two buffets. When complained they replied that if you stand up and get quesadillas on your own that is full price buffet, even if you ordered one quesadilla. Totally an abuse. They said had the waiter brought them it would have been much cheaper. Be aware of this so they do not rip you off. Cuando ordene el menú pregunté si la señorita de las quesadillas estaba haciendo quesadillas. El mesero me contestó que si y fui. Ese fue mi error, por ordenar 4 quesadillas me cobraron por 2 costos del precio de el buffet. Me explicó el mesero que si el me las hubiera traído, me hubieran cobrado la mitad de precio pero como yo me paré, me tenían que cobrar por dos buffets. Tengan cuidado con este hotel, ellos te van a tratar de quitarte tu dinero, son muy abusivos.

This was my second time staying at Quinta Rivera and it was very disappointing. 4-5 years ago I stayed at Quinta Rivera and I had an absolute pleasant experience. However, my second time around was very disappointing. Rooms are outdated. My room was dirty, bed sheets were ripped and stained. On my first night, I noticed the pillow cases had a potent bad smell. And so I called the front desk to have them change the pillow cases. It turns out the pillows were the ones that needed to be changed. The curtains are suppose to be white but look gray from accumulated dirt. On occasions I have to call the reception desk to bring room essentials because maintenance staff forgot to replenish. Lastly, during our 12 days in Quinta Rivera hotel we had no internet service. Overall, the cleanliness needs to be address and rooms need to be updated. The only 2 great things about Quinta Rivera: is the location -since its just a couple of blocks to el centro and its staff; both reception staff and restaurant staff were very kind and pleasant.

El baño no contaba con agua caliente 😕, se reportó pero nunca lo solucionaron, por la mañana ni siquiera caía agua por la llave de caliente, solo la fría. La habitación sucia alrededor de la cama. Deben mejorar la atención a los usuarios para que la estancia sea buena, así se atrae al turismo en Hidalgo.
