Very nice

Location is superb with every room overlooking breathtaking canyon views, although notice of "4X4" vehicle required to access hotel is accurate. I would not drive to hotel in standard 4 or 6 cylinder FWD or RWD sedan. Drive to hotel is filled with amazing views, but proper vehicle is necessary. Rooms and hotel common area are all brand new and extremely tasteful in luxury furnishing. If you are a "hiker" or generally like walking, the place is amazing and filled with many options. The apartment was huge and comfortable. The breakfast was large and had great variety.

The hotel staff are outstanding. We were there for Oman‘s national day, and they even gave us free pins to wear. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer hotel staff. I don’t understand what this place doesn’t have five stars!

Best location if go for trek W4. Very good prices. Although small, tents are very comfortable and well designed, with very nice camp fire place. It can be a bit hard to sleep if you have noisy neighbors. Good food and very nice facility. Atmosphere there is outstanding and you will feel extremely relaxed.

Extremely clean, very careful covid procedures. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel is ideally placed at the entrance to the Jabal Akdhar region. It has small but well apointed grounds featuring a guitar shaped pool, a raised boat shaped seating area and a play area for the children.

Great hotel close to downtown Nizwa. Love their breakfast.

Very nice hotel with an excellent courtyard. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It can benefit from having an ironing board, two cups for coffee inside the room as opposed to one cup.

Suresh and his team are highly attentive at this very special property, nestled amongst date palm plantations, far from the modern world. A truly unique stay in a wonderful village.
