"My wife wanted to see the lantern exhibit at the John Ball zoo the weekend of Memorial Day, so we chose this location to spend the two nights we were there and we could not be happier. The parking space was immediately next to the entrance to the building, with the elevator that took us to our floor right around the corner. Had dinner at Flannagan's, right below the apartment and was able to put our leftovers in the fridge before going to the concert since our place was just above us. Apartment was clean, price was fair, host was easy to communicate with and definitely will keep this place in mind for any future events in...

"The furnished apartment was a perfect spot to land when a need arose to be closer to the Grand Rapids area for six weeks. To be able to have a place to come back to, relax and cook meals was invaluable. Those in the apartment building were so kind and those that managed this VRBO were ever so helpful as we needed to extend our stay. It was also the perfect spot to get many places easily and quickly. Plus, who doesn’t like living in a castle."

"Traveled to Grand Rapids for a girls trip. The apartment was clean and as advertised with a fully stocked kitchen, coffee etc. Detailed instructions for check in/out were sent in a timely manner. Beds were fairly comfy and we had plenty of space to spread out. The only thing that might have been helpful was a luggage cart or trolly as we had lots of stuff and it was quite a dostance from parking garage to apt. Overall i would definitely stay here again!"

"Very clean and a good size for 6 people. The beds were comfortable, except for the pullout sofa bed. The rooms need a desk/dresser to put your items on and there should also be a chair in each room."

"This property was perfect for our weekend in Grand Rapids. We were close to everything. The layout of the condo worked well for us. The bedrooms/bathrooms were private and the common areas were a nice gathering area. We appreciated the extra touches in the bathrooms of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. We would definitely stay here again!"

This property comfortably slept my party of 14 without issues. My daughters still talk about how they "Got to stay in a castle". Full marks from me. Took a long while to get warm since the thermostat was at 62 and no extra blankets in the closet, not ideal for infant and my mother. One of the bedroom doors wouldn’t close so I had to use my suitcase to keep shut. Very clean and nicely updated. Easy checkin."
