Upon check in we were givin a dirty room with "white" stains on the office chair and the induction stove top fell apart when opening the drawer inderneath and pubic hair in the tub under our "clean" towels, and that was only our first 10 minutes of being there.the front desk only allowed us to change rooms once they went and veriefied the messes in the room which werent hard to find if they would actually inspect the rooms after cleaning. The space was fine for 2 people and the kitchen was well equipped (except may need to get some more forks)."

"There were a lot of extras supplied by the host. They had toys in the laundry area, along with games and puzzles that my grandkids could play. They also supplied soaps, shampoo, etc, which I will have to keep in mind for the next time. Less to pack! Rockford unfortunately experienced 10 inches of snow, and with our early checkout, we had to shovel out. But we got a 50 dollar reimbursement, which was very kind. "Bed was comfy with nice sheets. Loved that they had shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash even though we brought our own. Also had soap for laundry and dishes...and extra trash bags. I have been places where you had to get all your own supplies."
