"You only have access to two crappy outdoor pools that open whenever the staff wants to, but close right at 7pm. Zero access to the indoor/outdoor waterparks, I was told we were getting wristbands but front desk said nope! They do not sell day passes either. The code to get in was 10 digits long and turning a knob a million ways, which was time consuming. Customer service was a AI bot that couldn’t answer our simple questions. The room was spacious but kids were quite bored since we couldn’t do...
