I had to leave the room without staying the night because of their terrible service and lack of internet. I booked the room specifically to work, only to find out there was no internet and their support was unhelpful. I requested a refund since I didn’t stay at the hotel, but I’m still waiting for a response. Never again!

Everyone was so amazing very helpful very kind and the guest relations supervisor was extremely knowledgeable she recommended me some nice places to go and see throughout the city some food or restaurants to try. She was so amazing that staff there is so amazing if you in Ethiopia, you must stay there.

Great location in Bole area, quick drive to the airport. I was expecting for a hotel at this level to at least have AC in their rooms. The breakfast was not up to the expectations, it was really not good! The front desk were friendly and the hotel staff overall were always nice.

Generally the hotel was good and the reception and sitting area was nice and comfortable. I thought the carpet throughout the building, including the rooms were well worn and could do with replacing. The room was generally satisfactory, however, was disappointed with the noise from the wedding at the hotel. During the 2 weeks that we were there, wedding took place circa 6 times. The room service, breakfast and food generally was satisfactory. I was disappointed with the sauna and steam room as they were not always working and it could do with a refurb / modernisation. Generally, the hotel was ok and if your not are not one for attention to detail, you will enjoy your experience. Out of 10, I would give the hotel 7

New and nice

This is a very nice brand new hotel in a relatively active part of the city with nice restaurants, cultural shows and a mall with a movie theater. The only not so good thing about the location is that there are constructions going on all around the hotel. The rooms are very clean, spacious and very comfortable. I stayed in a "standard" room, but it is better than the deluxe rooms at many similar hotels in the city. But I wish the rooms had AC. Yes Addis weather is comfortable most of the time, but could be cold or hot certain parts of the year. I is a pity that the owners build such a nice place without AC. And it is also a pity that their breakfast, which very basic, does no match the quality of the place. You are better off walking up the street to a cafe where you can enjoy nice coffee, fresh mixed juice and some croissant at very reasonable price. And mind the no-steps at the main entrance. There are no steps and it could be dangerously slippery when it rains. I guess they expect everybody to drive all the way to the door(which you can).
