"This was the nicest hotel we stayed at. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was I had to put in so much effort to arrange the airport shuttle. I messaged them, emailed them, contacted them through facebook and finally through their business email. Shouldn't be that difficult to arrange. Otherwise the stay was great. "The Hilton in Addis Ababa is one of the oldest hotels in Addis so some of the fixtures are dated but the staff were extremely kind (airport shuttle driver, clerk at check in, front of the restaurant staff (for breakfast)) - all just extremely nice. My check in process was smooth and the view was great. Finally, there was live music on the Sunday night which was really nice. "
