This is my favorite place in Addis . Everything is perfect . I just think that they could serve better coffee. Ethiopia is known for its excellent coffee , but the one served in the hotel is mediocre. I don’t know if it’s the brand they use or the way they prepare it but this needs to be improved.

Overall it was very good.. more specifically the staff made the stay more enjoyable. The only thing is the bathroom didn’t have any ventilation for airflow. And this problem is not only unique to this hotel..it is a problem in most of the hotels in Addis Ababa

Best Stay - Cool Place for Business Traveller

This place is fantastic..The ambiance is great, staff are cooperative, reception is warm, and the lobby is perfect for business meetings. The pool and gym are excellent, and the restaurant is nice. However, the breakfast options could be improved. Adding more variety, especially veggie and vegan options, would make it even better.

The hotel itself was great. I almost feel bad rating them less than 5 stars since the staff, management and service were excellent. My only issue was when they asked to look in my phone because someone thought I had taken a picture of the building across the street. What was upsetting, was that, not only did I not take a picture and had no reason to do so, there was nothing that I did to make anyone even think that I took a picture. I went on the balcony with a chair and table and began to watch a show on my iPad. Then I went back inside shortly after, because the weather was not comfortable. Next thing I look, someone knocked my door and asked if I took a pic of some aesthetically uninteresting building across the street. I found the question weird, but I told him I didn't. Shortly after, the manager came in and demanded to look in my phone. I later received a letter of apology and some treats form the hotel staff, but this experience was extremely upsetting. If you're going to violate someone's privacy such as looking in their phone, it should be for a good reason. In this case, there was no reason other than that I was on the balcony. Hotel staff need to alert guests in those rooms that they are being watched by security personnel in the building across the street.
