"I recently stayed at the Ramada in Addis Ababa and had a wonderful experience. The front desk team was highly professional, yet warm, kind, and genuinely helpful. The food was excellent, the spa treatments were smooth and relaxing, and the entire staff was attentive throughout my stay. The location near everything also makes it very convenient. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it. "
