Beautiful Vacation Home with Sea Views in the Ocean Garden Complex

Luxurious holiday home in Playa Paraíso - Costa Adeje:
Ocean Garden is a luxurious residential complex in the beautiful coastal town of Playa Paraíso, on the south coast of Tenerife. The town has a beautiful sandy beach with palm trees, coves with crystal clear waters and is home to several 5-star hotel establishments, including the famous 'Hard Rock' hotel and the newly opened H10 Atlantic Sunset.

The complex, whose inauguration took place at the end of 2018, has a magnificent heated adult pool, a children's pool with a beautiful waterfall that recreates a magical atmosphere and a large outdoor area ideal for children to play outdoors.

In the area there is a playground very close, a wide variety of shops and restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, the Rosa Center shopping center, etc. The beach is a few minutes walk away.

Accommodation

Magnificent 2 bedroom holiday home inaugurated in June 2019. Spacious, modern and very well equipped to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. It has a magnificent balcony/terrace with extraordinary partial views of the ocean and the island of La Gomera where you can enjoy the sun, the fresh air and amazing sunsets.

The master bedroom has a double bed of 1,60 x 2 mts., a large wardrobe/dressing room and its own bathroom.

The second bedroom has a double bed of 1,40 x 2 mts. and an excellent wardrobe.

There is a second full bathroom and also the possibility of using the sofa-bed in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for day to day living.

The property has a private parking space in the garage.

Mostly everything. The appartment was clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay. The host is kind and friendly and allowed us to enter the appartment before the official check-in time. We are grateful for it. Private garage lot is a great plus. Parking lots along the street were always occupied. We also enjoyed the terrace and the heated pool.

Modern, jól felszerelt, apartman. Tiszta szobák, nagy terasz, kilátás a medencére. Az apartmanhoz teremgarázs tartozott. Csendesebb környék, kocsival pár perc alatt átértünk a mindig nyüzsgo Playa Las Americasba és Costa Adeje-be. Az apartmantól 1 órás autóútra van a sziget északi része, melynek növényzete csodálatos. Mindenkinek ajánljuk.

L'alloggio è molto comodo e ben arredato con molte comodità, netflix, aria condizionata, due bagni, prodotti per la pulizia, lavatrice, prodotti per l'igiene personale, vicino supermercato e locali...qualche difettuccio ma poi è stato risolto...un po' di attenzione in più nella pulizia (un asciugamano non usato riportava un capello lungo nero) ma tutto sommato siamo rimasti contenti. Comodo il parcheggio sotterraneo e la possibilità di avere a disposizione qualche prodotto per la pulizia e le cialde per il caffe'. Comunicazione con l'host molto buona. Siamo stati bene ed è stato un piacevole soggiorno. Ci ritornerei volentieri.
