The living area of the holiday villa is approximately 160 m² and is divided into a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a dressing room and two bathrooms. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a TV with satellite connection, so that you can receive the most important European TV channels and radio programmes in digital quality even when you are on holiday. A DVD player completes the technical equipment in the living room. The fully equipped, high-quality kitchen has a cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The two bedrooms are spacious and modernly furnished. The comfortable mattresses guarantee a good night's sleep. Each bedroom also has its own bathroom. The bathrooms have a bath or shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet. In the basement there is also a communal fitness room with a variety of equipment suitable for both muscle and resistance training.
