"We went for stag do and found that location wise it was perfect. The Breakfast wouldn't meet the standards for everyone but for what you pay there was no complaints. There are also plenty of alternative places within walking distance if you want to get food. We also visited Siam Park which is about a 10/15 minute walk from reception but be prepared as it's uphill. The reception staff were great and polite and the pool was big and warm. It did look like they had some Childrens entertainment there and they advertised a foam party, I wouldn't regret staying there again."

"The property was good, and the staff could not be more welcoming. I feel i made a mistake booking this hotel however, as the area is quite noisy. I also found the bloke who does the water aerobics unnecessarily loud. With maybe a hundred people relaxing around the pool, the noise he and his music makes for 4 or 5 participants was disproportionate and really spoiled my otherwise peaceful reading/relaxation time. Good hotel, but I won’t visit again."

"This is a truly exceptional hotel. Everywhere is so beautifully thought out and peaceful. The villas are amazing, with everything you need. The pools in the villas mean you don’t need to use the main pools, but you should still experience them both. The whole hotel is clean, with staff attending to it throughout the day. Breakfast is great, fantastic staff."

"Rooms and hotel as a whole are clean and staff are attentive and pleasant. However, I would say amenities are not on a 4 star level and the thing that lets it down the most is the food (especially if you are vegetarian). We were all inclusive and still ate out for more than half of our meals. Breakfast is the only decent meal in the hotel."

"Modern hotel, good location. Room itself was good, however the location was poor (room 229). No sun at any time of day on the balcony. Right above the children’s play area at the restaurant so v noisy from early morning. Also next to the entertainment area, but back of stage so couldn’t actually see, but could hear! Entertainment stops at 10pm so not too bad. We didn’t move rooms as had already unpacked. We did pre-request a quiet location with a view - we got neither. This hotel is great if you have young children. Not really geared up for older kids (though the teenage club room had pool/computer games). Overall a lovely hotel, but not quite right for us. "
