With fantastic sea, pool and mountain views, this one bedroom apartment located in Laguna Park 1 sleeps up to four people and is ideally located within easy walking distance of the beach.
The complex itself has great pools with terraces and sun beds. There is also a pool bar, snack bar and restaurant on site.
Beaches are only 700 meters walk away from the complex and a whole host of bars and restaurants.
Plenty of local bars, shops and restaurants, 5 minutes walk to the beach
Keys are kept in a key safe next to the door of the apartment, codes are sent out a week before arrival via email.
Well equipped, bright apartment perfect for a relaxing self catering holiday.

Property was good
Read a couple of reviews.yes mirror was rusty round the edge and bathroom door was broken but wasn't a problem.apartment was fine.only thing i thought was missing was a couple of bedside cabinets.would stay again for Deffinate.hotel pool could do with a bit of tydiying up but everything else was gret. Love Laguna Park 1
Love staying at Laguna Park 1,been going there for years and know what to expect.The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.The only downside was the bathroom door needs fixed/replaced,only thing stopping it from getting 5 stars.Would definetely book again

Tired and dated apartment in Laguna Park 1 complex
The tired interior needs to be upgraded with many fixtures requiring replacement. Bathroom door is splintered & broken. Bathroom mirror is rusted around the top edges. No storage in either the kitchen or the bathroom. The fridge is rusty. Some of the woollen blankets have cigarette burns in them & we are non-smokers!! The springs on the mattresses of the twin beds are almost coming through. Both the electric toaster & hairdryer are fitted with UK plugs & we were not advised to take a continental adapter with us. We would not re-book this apartment but after having viewed other apartments in this complex we would consider booking one of those instead.

love Tenerife weather was great but apartment was a let down one towel per person for nine nights no washing machine lights not working in living reported but did not get fixed toilet door broken did not get fixed
