The service. We walked by several of the other top notch hotels and decided the Tivoli beat the others hands down. Wouldn't stay anywhere else if we returned."

"So much thought has gone into the running of this hotel. Right from the moment we arrived we received fantastic attention from staff, all of whom were cheerful, helpful and caring. Our room was amazing, with a huge bed and magnificent view. Absolute comfort was ensured. Food was delicious, in great quantity and with various cuisines. We went for the fully-inclusive package and wouldn't hesitate to do that again. The pool was inviting and we appreciated the ease and stress-free management of booking sun-loungers!"
