"This hotel has become a firm favourite. It was only slightly marred this time by repairs being needed to one of the pools, which was noisy and very dusty on site near the pools for about 3 days.
The buffet is highly recommended, and views from the restaurant are stunning.
Great staff.

"it was in a very good location, 15 minute walk away from the main town but still had some shops and bars near to the hotel. very clean, good selection of food.
Only thing was the pool could do with a good deep clean and tiles need a freshen up but other then that everything was perfect"

"Excellent child friendly property who have nailed family holidays. Activities and amenities were outstanding. The ground floor rooms with extra grass area was excellent.
The only downfall is that it isn’t all inclusive so drinks and ice creams etc are expensive at hotel prices"

"Staff are very respectful, lovely and helpful. You can feel thy you’re in a 5 star hotel with their customer service going beyond and above. The only thing I’d add is that the cleaners don’t come everyday to change towels and clean the bin. Our bin would be full by the end of the day due to using apartment and having a baby. Overall the place is lovely, the area is perfect can see the beach opposite from the hotel."
