"Rooms were very nice and clean. We checked in and the lady was super nice. She took time to find my Hilton Honors number but was u successful. Breakfast was ok. Reg scrambled eggs would have been nice. Not everyone likes garden omelets. Boiled eggs should have been peeled prior to bringing out. You couldn’t even peel them. Threw them away. Parking was plenty"

"We stayed here twice for youth baseball tournaments and overall had a good experience, with a few frustrations worth noting. The location is great, with plenty to do nearby and several solid food options within a short walk. On the plus side, the food setup worked well for our team families. We were able to make nachos in the evenings with the provided fixings, and the food was generally decent. The free drinks were a nice perk after long days at the fields. The parking lot was usually full, but there was sufficient overflow parking in the back so we could always find a space. The rooms were quiet and clean, which is important when you have kids trying to sleep between games. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pool was very popular and often crowded, but the kids enjoyed having it as an option. The biggest drawback was the elevator situation. On both of our stays, one of the two elevators was out of service. That meant a lot of waiting or climbing seven flights of stairs with baseball gear, which got old fast and would be a serious issue for anyone with mobility concerns. Fresh towels also tended to arrive late in the evening, which was a minor annoyance but worth mentioning. The surrounding area is a highlight: the donut shop, breakfast place, and Mexican restaurant nearby were all excellent, and having Crumbl Cookies close by was a fun bonus for the kids."

"loved the size of the room, refrigerator and microwave. It was clean and great location to restaurants and shops. The pool was great for the ball team to enjoy. Only complaint was that there was a ball team with older boys that were doing cannonballs into the pool and up on each other's shoulders and really rowdy. We had to have our boys get out till they left. There needed to be someone checking on the pool now and again for safety reasons. Those boys about cracked their head on the side a few times. Overall would stay again"

"The layout was unique with the indoor waterfall but the property seemed to fall short after that. It is an older hotel that was definitely starting to show its age which left it feeling more dirty/dungy than it was. The staff seemed to care and were very friendly. Also, the workout room was very spacious and well stocked with a variety of equipment (treadmill, elliptical, bikes, weight sets). The pool felt a little small for a hotel with 9 floors of rooms and was often overcrowded during our stay."
