The gal checking people in did a phenomenal job. When we arrived, there was a line for room check in, and the gal working the desk remained calm, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again, and would recommend Spring Hill Suites Des Moines West.

We only stayed one night and had to leave in the morning by 8:30am. We had a quick breakfast with eggs, potatoes and sausage. We didn't use the pool and were told at the front desk that the hot tub was not working and was drained of water, which was disappointing. The room was clean but you could tell it was an older property. It was fine for the price we paid. I would have preffered a place with a working hot tub.

The staff was very nice. Our room was very clean and roomy. Considering how hot it was outside, our room was cool and comfortable. Breakfast was good and well-stocked. My sons and I took advantage of the workout room after a long day in the car.
