Very few essential items such as dish cloths, washing cloths etc, no small welcome package to save going out shopping for milk etc, minimal items to change this from usual average holiday rental to quality property that would pay benifits in the...

"To access property we had to pick up a key from a lock box which was located a block away from the property.this was inconvenient. Property was located upstairs - 2flights of stairs and no lift access. Room was clean and neat with modern bathroom, however there were no bath towels on arrival and we needed to contact host who didn’t answer phone and I was unable to leave a message either.
