Impecable conditions, staff outstandingly friendly, easy access, close to the tram, shoppings, restaurants, etc. Bring your power adapter as the outlets are only Australian connection and USB-A. Breakfast offering is complete (eggs, bacon, hashbrown, yogurt, fresh fruits, pastries, coffee, juice, etc. Parking lot is next to the hotel as a private independent contractor

It offered free breakfast and a pass for tbe carpark next door for free for 3 night stays. The place had no atmosphere the staff weren't very friendly or hospitality was minimum. Toilet lid broken, toilet paper holder as well. No wine glasses available

My husband had a heart attack in our room on arrival on the 26th April...from the young Receptionist at 3a.m. in the morning to the instant assistance and Ambos, reviving him outside the llifts on the 8th floor...everything was simply amazing...I cannot speak highly enough of the General Manager, she assisted me in every way, offering alternative parking and a lower room rate due to my necessity to stay for many extra days....all assistance was available and I shall always be extremely grateful

Such a brilliant hotel, especially for the location, standard of the hotel including being clean, new and value for money. Everything was of a high standard and staying on the 9th floor the room was completely quiet and with a great view to the sea! Thanks so much…
