The room was cozy and compact enough for a solo traveler. Worth staying the night or at least the weekend. The only downside is just the noisy traffic going by.

The Villas themselves were comfortable the staff wonderful. But the area is terrible, lots of 'rough' people around, we felt very unsafe and wouldn't let my children go outside or use the pool. I wouldn't stay here again due to the area.

Bedding was not comfortable. Area around the complex was not as to standard of pictures of hotel advertised. Picture looks like a very nice area and accommodation but when you get there it’s not as it seemed.

The traffic wasnt as noisy as the other guests. The power points had no power the last 2 days, upstairs kept banging what seemed to sound like the exhaust fan in bathroom, and i could hear people in room 2 takking through bathroom wall.

The shower door lets s lot of water out making the floor very slippery. I feel that the style of shower head contributes to this. There were a lot of noisy guests who didn’t seem to care about anyone else .

It was nice to be upgraded to a villa but the daily servicing was poor and inconsistent. The reception staff were pleasant in taking the requests. We were there for five nights and I had to ask for new towels and tea/coffee refills.
