Parking and close to the CBD. Room size was decent and mattresses reasonable. However it is very dated, carpet had stains and markings, bathroom also dated with rust and possible mold/previously treated mold. Served its purpose for what I needed but other guests appeared to more be long term tenants. Walls thin so could hear everyone walking past my room, in smoking area, using their bathroom at early hours etc

The room was clean and ready to go, a little loud but being on a busy city road, unavoidable. Beds were comfy, WIFI was available and the free off street parking is much appreciated. Mobile check-in and App key is great!
