Short walk to Rundle St: cafes, dining, wine bars, East End cinemas, retail, trams, Botanic Gardens, Fringe Festival (Feb/March). FREE secure off-street undercover parking. Two smart TVs, 4G wifi, laundry, full kitchen. 2 Bedrooms, Master with King Size Bed and direct access to bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed. Quiet location.The Retreat at Flinders is located in the heart of the Adelaide CBD You will love my place because everything is right on your doorstep; There are buses and trams (free within city), free bike rentals close by, and you're at walking distance to everything.

The Space:
Our place is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate up to 4. It has a balcony with seating for two. Inside there’s 2 Bedrooms, Master with a king size bed and built in robes and desk. Smaller 2nd Bedroom with queen size bed. The kitchen / dining / living room has a high bench with 3 stools, and a view to the city - an ideal perch to enjoy breakfast or any meal. All your cooking needs are catered for in the fully-equipped kitchen and there's a pod coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, stove and microwave. Enjoy one touch Netflix TV in living or master bedroom. Full laundry facilities, tasteful interior design and furnishings.
3 Split system air conditioners. 1 in each bedroom and 3rd in the living area for perfect all year round comfort.

Guest Access:
You'll have the whole apartment to yourself with the exception of our locked cleaners cupboard directly inside the door.

A well stocked pantry and breakfast provisions are provided for your first few days.
There is a pod coffee machine available for you to use, some coffee POD's are supplied.
Enjoy FREE private wireless, fast internet access and Netflix.
PARKING ON PREMISES - Free Private secure undercover carpark.
Check-in time is 3.00 pm, or earlier by prior arrangement (contact host).
Additional fees apply and subject to availability for early check-in prior to 2 pm, Late Check outs from 11am or at host's discretion.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment in a quiet quarter but close to the city, a short 8 min. walk away. At the eastern 'Paris end' of Flinders St, there's good eating close by (try Flinders St Project, a minute to the East on Flinders St). It's also very close to beautiful Victoria Park (a bit further east, across Hutt St), an expansive grassland and wooded park great for exercise, cycling, walking, kyte or drone-flying! The Stables cafe/restaurant is in the north-eastern corner of the park, or keep walking and cross over directly into Rymill Park (where the Fringe Festival is held) and on to the city!

Getting Around:
Adelaide City council provides free public transport within the CBD.

Other Things to Note:
Parking: Your secure parking spot (if required) is 1204, at the rear of the building.The car park is also video surveilled 24/7.
Don't lose the key FOB!
Without it you cannot gain entry into the building or go up the lift. Key fobs are expensive to replace (cost $215 each, guests are responsible for replacement costs of any lost swipe keys and remotes) and call out fee of $100 will apply if we need to attend to provide you with our spare.
NOTE: There is a mandatory ID CHECK upon bookingl. Also note that we do not allow unbooked / unregistered guests on property, otherwise this leads to immediate nullification of the booking.
For the sake of our neighbours we do not allow Partys.
There is 24 hour video surveillance in all common areas of the internal and external parts of the building.
SMOKING: is allowed on the balcony. but please keep the door closed and do not throw cigarettes butts over the balcony (use the ashtray).
