Designed for comfort and convenience, this apartment offers a relaxed city stay with practical interiors and an easy open-plan layout throughout. The open-plan layout creates an inviting atmosphere for unwinding after a day exploring Adelaide, whether you’re settling into the sofa with a book, streaming your favourite shows, or enjoying music through the Bose speaker. Natural light flows through the living area, while split-system heating and cooling keep the apartment comfortable year-round.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals at home, including a cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and essentials. Start the morning with freshly brewed Nespresso coffee before gathering around the four-seater dining table for breakfast, shared dinners or a productive work session.

Step outside onto the private balcony for a quiet moment in the fresh air before retreating to the two well-appointed bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed dressed in soft vintage-wash linens, a walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite, creating a peaceful place to recharge. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, wardrobe storage, and a dedicated workspace with a printer for those working remotely. A family bathroom with a shower and vanity serves the rest of the apartment.

Additional conveniences include an internal laundry with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, off-street parking for one vehicle, and WiFi throughout the stay. Year-round comfort is ensured with split system heating & air conditioning in the dining area.

Entry into our apartment is via a lockbox key collection available 24 hours. Please note this is at an off-site location on Grote St.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
