The sofa was dirty and I asked for a sheet to cover it before I would sit on it. There was no full length mirror and it would have been good to have a TV in the bedroom. The furniture was chipped and the tiles on the floor in the kitchen area were also chipped. Not exactly the four star experience I had been led to believe I would have. Flo was an amazing ambassador for the hotel. She was so helpful and very apologetic about the property condition. Please acknowledge her customer service. It was outstanding - I did a lot of complaining and she was so sweet.

Property was very clean and a great location for my activities in Adelaide. Quite noisy on a Saturday night ( to be expected I suppose) so those sensitive to this may have an issue.

Pros: location close to supermarket and market Cons: - communication: cleaning was requested for a different day and was not done for close to a week and a half. Would have been longer if we had not complained - rooms very dated - blinds and windows damaged
