The room was clean and well presented. The host Kevin was great to deal with and very helpful. The location was ideally located in the central city area, with heaps of coffee/food options and all the mainstream shops in the adjacent Rundle Mall. Parking is also available directly across the road with easy access.

check in was brilliant as we were late in arriving the directions left by Kevin were brilliant and the communication from him before our arrival was superb both by email and phone he is a number one asset to the establishment and a great tourist guide.

Kevin at reception was great and helpful. Loved how the apartment is decorated in character with good quality furniture. The only complaint was our bed. For us it was too soft and bouncy, making each movement disruptive for sleep! Location is awesome. Would stay there again. Hopefully there would be a new bed in room 45 by then! Lol

As someone who uses the aid of a wheelchair and travels often, I have now been in Adelaide, SA for nearly 3 months and often staying in serviced apartments. Mark and Kevin are both wonderful. They knew who I was when I arrived and greeted us warmly. The room was ready early and was as advertised. The small things that were imperfect were addressed quickly, effectively and pleasantly. Some of the apartments are older and others have been modernized (I have rebooked and now in a more modern room) but both types are spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. The location is great (near everything) and has a sense of comfort and calm. I would absolutely recommend this place to the degree that my spouse and I have already requested to book for our next trip to Adelaide.

Right in the center of town, the Mansions are an excellent option for a longer term stay. The staff is polite and friendly, the rooms are clean and well appointed. It's great to have a separate bedroom and full kitchen. Fur the price of these I don't think you can do much better.

I only have good to say about Mansions Apartments. It is in a great location, which I would think cannot be better for anyone visiting Adelaide. Very central and next to the main shopping area and restaurant precinct and near public transport.. The room was spotless and everything was in great condition. Also the manager of the complex, Kevin, was amazing and so helpful and did everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Overall I would give it a perfect 10/10.

The room was clean and tastefully decorated in Art Deco style. It was bigger than I expected. Only downside is that thought it may have a washing machine and dryer in the unit, but this was available upstairs, at an extra charge. I enjoyed my stay.
