Luxury 5-star apartment in a fantastic location!

Large glass sliding doors let floods of light in and create a seamless flow between the indoor and outdoor spaces, which are the perfect spots to laze around in. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy that fresh sea air and greenery that surrounds you.

You couldn’t be much closer to the beach; the sand is inches from the building. But you’re also literally a few steps away from the heart of Moana. Grab a takeaway coffee from the nearby cafés (literally 100m away) and set off on an espy walk or dine in for a fabulous brunch. Don’t feel like cooking? Pick up a delicious meal from the Deep Blue restaurant across the street. Traveling with kids? There is a fab little playground & park just on the other side of the road. It’s all right on your doorstep!

At the height of summer, the area is bustling with locals & visitors out for a meal, catching a wave or tan, or cruising along the esplanade. It’s a real ‘Eat. Sleep. Beach. Rinse. Repeat.’ Lifestyle. But even when the weather isn’t at its best, the area still is. You’ll enjoy the slower pace and stripped-down beauty of this charming coastal town. The host Helen and John were really lovely people. The place is amazing across the road from the beach yet private. The whole place is modern had everything you could need plus more there is a full kitchen with everything you need to cook. A washing machine and dryer for your use a dishwasher plus books in case you feel like a read there are information on the places near by it’s just all there whatever you feel like. The city was about 45 mins away but easy to get to. Lots to see and explore it was a very nice place to rest and relax 2 supermarkets near by a Aldi and a big Woolworths where the Woolworths are more shops. Adelaide was really nice and the people were friendly to Helen and John could not do enough to help out well recomended would like to come back one day and explore the bits we didn’t do this time.

Absolutely Fantastic !!!!

Our stay at this holiday home was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the Helen and John had thought of every single detail to ensure that me, my husband and Son had an amazing experience. They provided every item you could ever need to fully enjoy their beautiful home so close to the beach.The property itself was spotless, with a clean and modern interior that felt both stylish and incredibly welcoming. One of our favorite features was the stunning balcony overlooking the beach—it was the perfect spot to relax with a coffee in the morning or unwind with a drink in the evening.The location couldn’t have been better. It was only a very short walk to the sand, making it so easy to enjoy the beach whenever we wanted. The convenience and beauty of this property made our vacation truly special. We loved the fact that it was close enough to the Pt Noarlunga jetty for a bit of fishing being only 5 - 8 minute drive and the awesome restaurants. Some really nice cafes in the area also. The Deep Blue Cafe was just great. Secure carpark area too.We can’t wait to come back next summer to enjoy it all over again. Highly recommended! Big thanks to Helen & John !!

Beach Paradise

Lovely comfortable accommodation. Everything we needed and a great central location for visiting the Southern Beaches, the city, Handorf, Victor Harbour and Murray Bridge. Thank you Helen and John for providing the perfect place on the beach which allowed us to make many more happy memories.

Property was as advertised, communication was fantastic, location amazing. Great experience for us and would highly recommend for a beachfront getaway. Only a couple of tiny cleanliness items not quite 100% but nothing that would put us off of going back.

Gorgeous Apartment - Amazing Getaway

Helen and John are incredible hosts with impeccable communication. The apartment was beautiful and clean in a great beachfront location. This suited us well as our son was competing for the weekend for surf lifesaving. Fantastic amenities that catered to our family's needs created a stress-free weekend with knowing the apartment was equipped with everything we needed. After a long day on the beach, we looked forward to returning to a comfortable homely place to have a glass of wine and take in the beautiful view. We cannot wait to return and stay again and can't thank Helen and John enough for such a beautiful carefree weekend away.

Circuit breaker weekend

We needed to recharge our batteries after a hectic couple of months and Moana seemed to tick all the boxes, once we arrived at Helen and John's apartment we knew we were onto a winner. The apartment was perfect and beach was at our door step we couldn't have asked for anything more. We had a lovely relaxing time. Would certainly come back again.
