Princess Lodge Motel is in the historic North Adelaide suburb, surrounded by parks and historic homes. Parking is available on site. Free public transport is steps away, and more frequent public transport is a short walk away. As it is a historic building, each room is different. A simple breakfast is included with the accommodation. Reception is not 24 hours, so out of hours arrivals should make prior arrangements. Our room had private bathroom with shower only, a small kitchenette with sink, kettle, fridge coffee and tea, period characteristics furniture and a comfortable bed. The upper floor also has a communal lounge room. The staff was polite and efficient.

Didn't realise I have to share a bathroom. The walls are paper thin and I could hear the neighbour and the receiver on the phone clearly. The cupboard shelving is worn out and the window screen is ripped and old. A cheap hotel is what you pay for.

Hotel was nice and clean especially for its historical age. Location is also amazing with Main Street diners and restaurants at a few minute walk. Although it was a bit noisy as it is not sound proof and planes frequently flew over the building. Overall its was an amazing experience with a great breakfast, excellent location, and I would recommend.

Nice property, liked the breakfast option, while comfortable there were some aspects of the property that are looking tired and need attention. The building is old and has some modernization, some things are looking shabby and the bed was in poor shape. Bathroom was sad pot less snd lovely hot water.
