The staff is nice and I've been given both quiet room and complimentary generous upgrade to a huge 2 bedroom room. The location is not perfect but if you're there for the events in the area, this should be alright. About 10 mins walk from the dining option's and the lake

I've stayed here for work multiple times and the absolute number one thing that annoys me is the $20 extra charge to park in the hotels own car park. Seems a bit of a rip off. Otherwise the property is great, rooms are big and quiet and very clean.

My partner is disabled and the hotel provided a shower chair and paid secure car parking. The staff very courteous and pleasant. I booked for two consecutive nights but housekeeping was not fully done as the Nespresso and TimTams were not refilled the second morning, yet I paid the same tariff for both nights. Seems a bit of a promotional scam - same tariff, same housekeeping. But the property is convenient for my purposes. Would still stay again but management should look at these "incentives" better.

Well the room was good and the bed was comfortable and the shower was the best I’ve ever experienced in a hotel - massive water pressure and for once the shower head was mounted above my head instead of at chest level. Didn’t want to get out! Temperature didn’t deviate either, another first. The one thing that disappointed me was the parking situation. After booking in advance and then driving all the way from Melbourne, I asked where I could park my car as there was no drop off area for unloading and was told that “unfortunately our car park is fully booked out for the weekend”. There is a fenced off area at the rear for hotel parking but apparently I couldn’t park there. I was told I could park a few minutes away at $12 a night or just try and find street parking nearby. Really not good enough. The street parking was heavily used over the whole weekend by the public so it wasn’t ideal. It’s also one or two hour limit on weekdays so it’s only useful on the weekend when restrictions don’t apply. At least they let us in to the rear car park to unload all our luggage.
