Stylish Studio Apartment

Dryden Apartment is a fantastic self-contained New York Style single level unit/apartment. Recently updated this stylish studio apartment is light and bright with fantastic modern finishes and is the perfect place for you to relax.
Complete with fully equipped kitchen if you want to stay in yet close to cafes if you decide to eat out. Lovely large and modern bathroom with separate shower.
The apartment has a lovely new modern gas fireplace as well as reverse cycle air-conditioning and has a wall mounted large flat screen TV and sound bar. Very comfortable queen sized bed.
Drive in off the street with secure undercover parking behind a remote control roller door.
Enjoy the front courtyard where you can sit under cover or enjoy the sunshine and watch the native birds in the gumtrees.
There is also a beautiful rear north facing verandah where you can enjoy a coffee or glass of wine.
Perfectly located in the beautiful leafy eastern suburbs only a 10 drive to the city but also right at the gateway to the Adelaide Hills. Great walking tracks just minutes away. So close to nature but only a short distance to the city centre.
Waterfall Gully is only minutes away by car or can be accessed by beautiful walking trails. Walk from Waterfall Gully to Mt. Lofty Summit and enjoy spectacular views over Adelaide. See Koalas, Kookaburras and other fauna and flora.
Hazelwood Park itself with its magnificent public swimming centre is just a few blocks away.
Burnside Village Shopping Centre is a 5 minute drive. Norwood Parade with its abundance of trendy eateries and cinemas is a 7 minute drive. Access to the freeway and to the Adelaide Hills with world class wineries is 12 minutes away.

Beautiful adelaide stay

Really enjoyed our time here. This is probably the cleanest place we have stayed. Was very close to everything in the city. We loved that there was secure parking and an outdoor area. Would definitely stay again.

Great place for our three day stay in Adelaide. A bit out of the city center - quiet and peaceful. Bus stop is nearby if you want to avoid trying to park downtown - very convenient. Comfortable and clean. Great communication with host. Highly recommend.

A little gem

The unit is cosy, very clean, well equipped and a great location for us. Secure garaged parking and a court yard.Guy and Josie are super hosts, quick to respond/support if needed. Highly recommend and will use again when back in Adelaide.

Top Accommodation

Guy and Josie's apartment is perfect accommodation, clean, neat and with every amenity and service provided. Off-street, undercover parking and a private backyard are great. It is just great for a couple. It is extremely comfortable and beautifully located, with shops and public transport nearby. Guy and Josie are perfect hosts, most accommodating, responsive and communicative. Our stay had to, unfortunately, be all too short, but this accommodation is top rate, and absolutely recommended.

Good quiet location with secure parking. Lovely comfortable bed. Thoughtful condiments and accessories. Lovely sunny verandah for outside breakfast. Only issues could not view TV from bed on left as no arm. Couch has no back support.

Staying in Adelaide for a month

We really enjoyed the position of the property just outside the city. There are several really good restaurants just a short walk away chemist ...supermarket doctors ......there is a very popular outdoor swimming pool just a 10 min walk away...if you like walking again a short walkup the road towards the hills were there are several different walks in loops with fantastic views over the city and coast...we travelled into the city many times by bus just takes about 25 minutes cost about $4.20 each way much cheaper than parking a car in the city.The property has everything you need .

Gather Round Stay

We stayed for Gather Round and loved the place. We had a car so it was an ideal spot being a touch out of the city but also close enough to drive around everywhere. Would absolutely stay again and Guy was a great host. Place is super clean and well priced.

Delightful Studio

The hosts have put a lot of thought into setting this studio up - they have equipped it more than adequately and supplied lots of information. Communication was excellent. Location was excellent with the Feathers Hotel and coffee shops etc within a short walk. It was lovely and clean, could not fault anything and hopefully it will be available when we next visit Adelaide.

A good base to explore the nearby Adelaide hills

We enjoyed our stay at Hazelwood Park. We were able to cook our meals in the kitchen and sit by the 'fire' in the cold evenings. We explored the nearby Adelaide hills, Mt lofty, Handorf, Glenelg and McLaren vale which were an easy drive away

Very Enjoyable Stay

We had a very nice stay at this modern apartment which has quality fittings. It was quiet and we felt very safe. The bedroom/lounge area of the apartment was a bit smaller than we had imagined however good size kitchen and bathroom areas. One small criticism would be the quality of the towels which we felt were not very absorbent.

Great comfy unit

This unit was in a great position close to Adelaide Hills. The unit was absolutely spotless and exactly as described in the ad. Lots of cooking extras in the cupboards. Cute patio and lock up garage. Really enjoyed our stay here. Hosts easy to contact and checked that we had arrived and settled in.
