Very tranquil.

What an awesome location, surrounded by bushland with a variety of wildlife. The facilities were of a great standard and an ideal place to relax and rejuvenate. There was some great local produce along with some magnificent home made bread supplied for us on our arrival.Our hosts Brian and Helen were fantastic, definitely a pleasure to meet them. The picturesque township of Stirling was a stones throw away with excellent food and coffee if you chose. I would certainly recommend The Retreat for that special get-away.

We spent a lovely night at the retreat before our baby is due to arrive. The place is quiet, comfortable and had beautiful breakfast provisions. The hosts were extremely helpful! Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in the french industrial room and it was perfect! Clean, roomy and the bathroom was incredible. Plenty of breakfast provisions provided by Helen. A heated swimming pool is only a door away from the family room! Highly recommend, was a great weekend away
