Nice clean room in a great location. Understaffed so there was always a wait at reception while i was there. I enjoyed my stay, however I have yet to receive my $100 deposit refund from three weeks ago. Messaged the hotel last week and did not receive a response. For that reason, I can only give 2 stars

All windows east-facing giving a wonderful sunrise. Close to a free tram-stop into the city. High quality sheets made of cotton and not ghastly polyester. Great value.

Amazing friendly staff and good location/price! I didn't like the shower with very low pressure and the curtains, and no lid on the toilets but that's my personal opinion, had a good time and i highly recommend this hotel.
