"I would not recommend this hotel. The rooftop pool is heavily advertised throughout the website and promotional photos, creating the impression that it is included in the hotel facilities. However, only upon arrival was I informed that access to the pool is restricted to the spa and requires a significant additional fee. While there is a small note buried at the very end of the hotel description, this feels highly misleading and close to false advertising. The hotel itself is large, modern, and well-designed, but the service experience was disappointing. When I checked out, I was told I could not leave my luggage in storage because another group had booked the entire hotel. I found this completely unreasonable, especially as luggage storage is a very basic service that travellers generally expect from a hotel of this standard. I have never encountered this situation before."

The room was clean but a but rundown, eg. peeling paintwork, super scratched flooring. The bathroom was also clean. I had a single room with no windows which I found spacious enough for one person, but also it felt like being in custody."
