"This was my second stay at the Signature Apartment, and overall it was a much better experience. I booked a one-bedroom unit this time, which was a significant improvement over the studio. The host assured me they would find an alternative option the next morning, but I never received any follow-up. It has now been three weeks with no communication. Making promises without any effort to follow through or even provide an update is disappointing. It left me feeling that verbal assurances here are not reliable."
