"The shower did not have safety grab handles that were usable. There was one to assist getting in and out of the shower but once the shower curtain was closed it blocked access to the grad bar. There was a small plastic hadel on the back shower wall that was part of the wall covering but it was to low to reach to prevent a fall. The shower floor did not have any type non slip covering such as stick on nonslip stickers designed to prevent slips and falls. I explained to the manager on duty that I was unable to use the shower because it was not safe. He told me he would change my room to a handicapped room because he did not want me post a low rating. I explained that I was not taking a bribe to change my rating. They have improperly installed safety handels to be able to check the box that asks about safety handles in the shower. This is one item I look at when I book a room, I'm 73 years of age with medical issues. I will not stay here again because of the unsafe showers in the rooms. I have photos available."
