"The room was comfortable however, our room was not ready for check-in at 3 PM and we were not able to get into our room until close to 7 PM. The staff did not keep us updated and told us they had no idea when our room would be ready. The property itself feels dated and has a dirty feeling to it. The staff were not overly friendly or entirely helpful when it came to check in or finding our rooms or getting dinner. We will likely not stay again at the resort as a result of our experience."

"The house was exceptionally beautiful and relaxing. Bedrooms weee cozy with lots of fun perks. Breakfast was awesome and I can’t say enough about the lake views from our room the porches snd the grounds. They also take you on a pontoon boat ride. The staff really made us feel pampered and were very helpful."

"The location was ideal for a ski vacation. The amenities provided were excellent. Due to the extreme cold there was an issue with the hot-tub but a mechanic was sent immediately. Great communication with the host. Very easy to access the property. The spa was awesome!"

"The house was as described, had more amenities than we expected, and the location was AMAZING! We enjoyed hot tubbing after skiing in. The internet was down due to a provider issue during our stay, which was the one downside, though the host was very responsive. Would stay again and recommend."

"The house was in an awesome location and very homey. We had a full crew of 10 family members staying there and it was a little tight, but it made for a great ski house for a trip to Wisp. It's only a 1-2 minute drive to the actual lodge which is perfect for popping back over for lunch or for hitting the slopes later in the evening to catch a few last runs. It was a little dusty and had some cobwebs, and some of the appliances weren't working 100% and were dated, but outside of that, a nice place to stay. I would stay there again."
