"We loved our stay at the hotel. The hotel manager was really helpful and the staff were great. The hotel is in a walking distance to dazzling white terraces carved by mineral-rich hot springs and also close the city center where you can find lots of restaurants and shopping. I definitely recommend the hotel for both short and long stays. The Travertines: The iconic cascading carbonate pools. "We had a lovely stay at this hotel and felt it offered good value for money. Both the view and the staff are its biggest asset. Staff were warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. We arrived late after the nearby Migros had closed, and although the chef had finished for the day, he kindly prepared us some snacks. It was such a thoughtful welcome after a long journey. We also asked to change rooms as we were hoping for a larger balcony and a better view, and the receptionist happily arranged...

"We stayed for one night when we landed as it was a late flight. We were a bit worried having read other reviews what we would find but were pleasantly surprised. I think they may have had a refurb since the poor reviews so dont let those put you off staying."
