"This is a very reasonably priced hotel for Zurich but it is very basic and not well equipped, 1 mug, 1 large plate and 1 small plate - all for 2 people. The shower cabinet was missing part of a door so didn’t close the whole way and no where to hang wet towels. Also the bed is in a corner so one person has to climb in and out from the bottom. "Owners are a very nice, friendly couple. Remote location from Luzern. No breakfast but were offered free coffee or tea. Ten francs to use grill. Shared bath (not private as advertised). Room size OK for two but "No picnic in room!" We did not see any "free toiletries" and initially were provided only one bath towel to use for two people."
