"If you are arriving by train, this property is about a 15 minute walk from Kochi station, which for Kochi is a fairly short walk. The location is also right next to a bus terminal, with a couple tram stops nearby as well. Good shopping is a close walk, and the castle is also only a 15 minute walk. As far as Kochi goes, this is probably as walkable as it gets. As for the property, it is a bit older, and while the hallway had a strange smell, the room smelled fine, was clean, and had good air conditioning. Moreover, they did daily cleaning, which is always nice. Overall I thought this was a good hotel, especially for the price."

"Enjoyed our stay in Kochi, the room was a good size and comfortable with very convenient parking. When not driving, the train station was also within walking distance. We also enjoyed the buffet and machine with free coffee and tea. We recommend this hotel for your stay in Kochi!"

"Great location. Friendly Staff. 4 free washing machines to use. Clothes dryer is ¥100 for 20min. Car parking is just around the corner. It's called OK parking. Overnight parking was ¥600 with hotel parking slip validation. "
