"They move you once in room. They tell you its upgrade then charge you. Take your luggage and wont give it back untill you pay. No free breakfast as noted no wifi. They are really bad i called hotel. Com to complain . they called they say my husband want upgrade no charge. Really my husband got in fight w manager.he took he luggage and told him you pay or no luggage.
