"The hotel is quite nice and comfortable. However, I have some problems with it. The hotel has two receptions and they keep passing you from one to the other and the two are like 2 mins walk away. Then I booked days before however it took about 30min for them to find my booking. This was despite that I paid online. Then the next morning I was told breakfast is only for one guest and I had to call hotel.com who now offered to refund me. The staffs were not very helpful but the hotel itself is...

"I did not like that free breakfast is only offered to one person, and 10, 000 for additional person. 10,000 is a lot. Is should not be more than 5,000. They should also have reward program for frequent stay. Thanks."
