Hotel is very nice, clean, staff is super nice. On the last day we ordered breakfast to go. They have prepared a super breakfast at 4am, didn't see it coming. Hotel is clean, with all the facilities you can expect in a hotel this size. Fitness is a bit small, and swimming pool temperature is very low. During our stay we only used it twice. I think temp. was around 18C. Other then that we cant complain. Location of the hotel is a few km out of the town, so long walk or a taxi is essential....

Riad Livia was the best part of Morocco for us! It’s close to the Medina but far enough away too that you have more peace and quiet. It’s absolutely beautiful inside the Riad, and it’s very calm. Wonderful quaint property, well maintained, in a quiet area, close to everything. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Alain, the owner is friendly, helpful, well informed and really cares about his guests. The breakfast is fresh and plentiful, served on the outdoor shaded deck.
